What is the Community?
Open Fitness Community is an online community designed to connect people who share fitness goals. Whether you're trying to lose weight, gain muscle, get stronger, or just want to improve your fitness, you'll reach your goals faster and be more likely to stick with it if you're not doing it all alone. We want you to succeed, so we've built the Open Fitness Community to help you reach your goals. The best part is that it's completely free!

How do I join?
Joining the Open Fitness Community is easy and free. Just create an account, and you'll get your own private inbox, and you can start posting messages immediately.

If you haven't already downloaded the Open Fitness fitness tracking system, you'll want to do that as well. That allows you to track your fitness information, and is fully compatible with the Open Fitness Community.
