Fatal Bug in the Diet Journal - Posted by jack clark (1 Reply, Updated 07/16/2007 01:19:44) | (Log in to post your reply) | jack clark | 04/26/2007 08:50:31 | Message I'm running OS-X 10.4.9 on a MacBook. The Diet Journal lets me add a day, then add a meal, then add food to the meal. But as soon as I "Save" it in the "Diet Details" window, Open Fitness entirely quits and does not save anything I entered. Also, I've emailed Open Fitness support, but they have not responded--even with a question. Does everyone else have this problem? -Jack Clark, Idyllwild, CA

I have just started working out on a home fitness center. I need to lose about
30 pounds but also I want to gain muscle mass and tone. So I need a diet/
supplement plan that will allow me to lose weight but also to "feed" the muscle
growth. Most of what I have read seems to be either for losing weight or
gaining muscle but not both. Any advice wold be greatly appreciated.
