Approaching 160 - Posted by matt (2 Replies, Updated 06/13/2009 05:55:38) | (Log in to post your reply) | matt | 12/23/2006 09:33:34 | Message My target weight has been 160 for a couple of months now. Considering I was about 138 at the beginning of the year, it takes quite a bit of work to get to 160 (without putting on any fat). I'm still sitting at about 8 percent bodyfat, I don't want to get above 9.

I expect to be about 10 pounds heavier 6 weeks from now. We'll see!

Quick Strength Gains - Posted by matt | (Log in to post your reply) | matt | 10/01/2005 09:29:45 | Message It's only been 6 days since I started working out again, and I'm already seeing some improvements in strength.
This chart shows a small gain in Chinups, and I've seen similar gains in military and overhead triceps extensions.
I expect I'll see more small gains over the next 2 weeks (as workout intensity increases), and then some big gains during weeks 4-6 as I drop off the intensity.
