I have always been a firm believer that what you take out of your body during a work out you must put back in (i.e. vitamins,drinks, etc.) I have been taking the all too popular Spiru-tein and have had great results. I have noticed though in the past year or so my body has stopped reacting to this particular supplement. My question is this is there another supplemental drink I should try? Keep in mind I am a 22yr old female very active in very well in shape so nothing with steriods lol Thanks alot really appreciate the help.

This is a Great stack to use while on a mass gaining diet,not does the a-l-c and cla supposrt fat loss of body fat especially in the abdominal area but it also supports mustle gains and recovery

-multivitamin-one pill before breakfast and dinner(empty stomach)

-Creatine and BCAA- before and after workouts

-Cla-2g of it before 3 main meals(not snacks)

-Cog liver oil-Higher form of Omrga-3 fish oils(take 5g a day-empty stomach)

-A-l-C-----&gt is a very great supplement and can be taken year round,basically it is a higher form of the amino acid called L-carnitine and ,what it does is it takes fat cells from in the body and gets rid of them by giving them to fat burning cells(mustles) for energy use,thus burning off body fat(genarlly i take 1.5g----3x a day before and after workout and as well as before sleep

(Will post how to make homemade fat burner,30 times better then all those over priced caffiene pills)--these fat burners are so strong that u can only take them for 30 days,,not more! and with diet and proper excersice and cardio u can 2 look like a pro bodybuilder
