OpenFitness.net allows you to request payments from clients online, and even accept online
payments through your PayPal business account. Although OpenFitness.net does not impose
any fees for this beyond the normal subscription rate, PayPal does charge a fee for payments.

as a convenient way for your clients to send payments to you, and is not intended to
be used as an accounting system. The developer of OpenFitness.net assumes no responsibility
for usage resulting in overpayment, non-payment, and other payment errors.

If you don't already have a PayPal business account, open one (it's free). If you
have a standard PayPal consumer account, you'll need to upgrade to a business account (also free).

In OpenFitness.net, choose Setup Payment Information from the Payment Requests menu. Provide
your business name, and the email address associated with your PayPal business account.

Your ready to begin requesting and accepting payments from clients online!
Once your account is set up and you have added some clients to your OpenFitness.net account, you can begin sending payment
requests as follows...
- Select a client from your Clients menu.
- Select Request Payment from the Payments menu.

Provide details for the payment you are requesting. If you choose to enable email notification
for the payment request, your client will be sent a payment request notification at the email
address you have set for them.

Next time your client logs in, they'll see a link titled New Payment Requests, which will
take them to your payment request and a link to make the payment through PayPal.
You and your clients can see current and past requested payments any time by choosing View Payment Requests from
the Payment Requests menu.
